Stan i kierunki wykorzystania oprogramowania komputerowego w gospodarstwach wiejskich – wyniki badań

The main purpose of this article is to present the results of empirical research on the status and trends of computer software used in rural households. The analysis of the results was preceded by a brief review of the literature. Research shows that in practice farm management, farmers in very limited use of the information systems supporting decision making. This also applies to the key for the development of farms and agriculture strategic decisions. Every fourth farmer sees no need for professional implementation of the computerized systems acquisition and development of strategic information even for free. Only a small group (18%) gladly would invest in a computer system own money if he would be tailored to their individual needs.
