Abstract
The article presents the problems and trends in investment activity in Ukraine. In the study the structure of the investment process as the main source of investment and knowledge base for this process in Ukraine is revealed. The article also shows the factors that affect the trends in the investment field and proves the need to stimulate investment and improve the investment climate.
