Abstrakt
Artykuł opisuje główne kierunki zmian w polityce zarządzania personelem programu państwowego rozwoju rolnictwa na lata 2013–2020. Przedstawiono analizę pojęcia roli personelu organizacji w systemie produkcyjnym, historycznego kontekstu oraz perspektyw rozbudowy instytutu rachunkowości pod wpływem otoczenia instytucjonalnego. W artykule udowodniono konieczność zmian w systemie rachunkowości zarządzania personelem w organizacji oraz sektorze agrobiznesu jako całości.
